Resort Policies

RENTAL RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made 72 hours (or more) prior to arrival date will be refunded the full advance deposit.  Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date will forfeit the entire advance deposit.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
The Resort secures a $200 security deposit for your stay.  This security deposit is in addition to an authorization of sufficient funds for the cost of your stay.  A credit card is required at the time of check-in for this authorization.  Credit card authorizations are released based on the authorizing banks' release policy.

AMENITY RESTRICTIONS
For safety purposes and for the enjoyment of the property by all guests, some of our amenities are designed with minimum size requirements or age restrictions as follows: 
      •  Slide and Lazy River - Riders must be 42" to ride
      •  Jacuzzi Spa - occupants must be 12 years or older
      •  Children's Play Center - children must be under 12 years or 100 lbs.

PETS
The Resort does not accommodate pets, with the exception of licensed service animals.  Any guest found with a pet in a villa will be charged a fee for pest control and carpet cleaning services.  In addition, guests will be asked to leave the Resort.

HOUSEKEEPING AND VILLA SUPPLIES
For guests staying seven days or longer, we provide a mid-week tidy service.  The tidy service schedule is based upon your day of arrival.  For guests staying less than seven days, daily maid service is not included during the stay, however we do provide maid service for an additional fee.

The Resort provides an initial complimentary sample of supplies.  These supplies include liquid dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, coffee filters, toilet paper, tissue, laundry detergent, fabric softener and hand soap.  The Resort does not replenish these items, however most supplies are available for sale in the on-site sundry shop.

BUILDING LOCATIONS AND VILLA ASSIGNMENTS
Villa assignments are made on the day of arrival.  Available units are based on the units vacated that day.  There is no guarantee of a specific view or unit location.

PROPERTY OCCUPANCY
Villa occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

The maximum number of guests you may bring to the pool area is equal to the maximum number of people that are allowed to occupy your villa.  Additional guests are only permitted if the total number of your guests does not exceed the villa's maximum capacity.  Should you have any questions concerning the number of guests allowed in your villa, please contact Club & Owner Services at 1-888-933-3030 or . reservations@capecaribe.com

SPECIAL EVENTS
Birthdays, weddings and anniversaries are very important celebrations.  Unfortunately, the Resort does not have private areas for these functions.  The Children's Play Center, lobby, as well as any other common areas of the Resort are not available for private functions, as these areas must remain accessible for all Resort guests to enjoy.
