Waterpark Rules

General Rules

WARNING – No lifeguard on duty, use at own risk
WARNING – Failure to follow rules may result in expulsion from the water park or may cause serious injury or death

  • Property bands required in water park area at all times/li>
  • No smoking in water
  • No glass containers
  • No food or drink allowed in any water or within 4 feet of any water
  • No running, pushing, dunking, rough play, or throwing objects
  • No diving
  • Do not swallow pool water
  • All children under 12 must be responsibly supervised by an adult
  • Proper swimwear attire required; infants must wear rubber pants or swimmer diapers
  • No animals allowed
  • Emergency phone by bathrooms and building entrance; in the event of an emergency, dial 9-911
  • Enter and exit all water features slowly and cautiously
  • Breath holding and prolonged under water swimming is prohibited (unconsciousness may occur unexpectedly)
  • Please shower before entering any pool; use of oils and lotions is prohibited
  • No person should consume alcohol or any drug and then enter the water
  • Enter and exit all water features slowly and cautiously - Do not block entries and exits
  • park pools may be closed for adverse weather conditions, routine maintenance, or safety reasons

Pool Rules

  • Non-swimmers must stay in shallow water (observe depth markers)
  • No floats, tubes or floating boards in pool
  • Infants must wear rubber pants, no diapers allowed
  • Pool hours 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Lazy River Rules

  • Entry available in designated areas only
  • Children under 42” tall are not permitted on the Lazy River Ride, unless they are accompanied by a parent
  • WARNING – Children riding in laps can be dangerous and is not recommended
  • Resort tubes are required to use Lazy River Ride. Tubes may not be used in any other pool and must remain in designated areas
  • Lazy River hours 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (seasonal times may apply)

Spa Rules

  • Pregnant women, small children, people with health problems and people using alcohol or drugs that cause drowsiness should not use spa without first consulting a doctor
  • Maximum water temperature 104° F
  • Maximum use limited to 15 minutes
  • Persons with long hair should not submerge – entanglement may occur
  • This location recorded by video equipment
  • No floats, tubes or floating devices in spa
  • Spa hours 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (hours enforced)

Water Slide Rules

  • No head first sliding
  • Slide must be ridden feet first lying down
  • Do not run, dive, kneel, rotate, or stop in the slide
  • Pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble should not ride slide
  • Keep arms and hands inside slide at all times
  • Riders must wait for attendant’s start signal before beginning ride
  • Only one slider to enter slide at a time; riders must clear splash area before next rider can go
  • No tubes or floats of any kind on slide
  • Climb steps slowly, no horseplay, running or pushing – WARNING – steps slippery when wet
  • Do not block slide entrance to splash down area
  • Children under 42" tall are not permitted on this slide
  • Eyeglasses may not be worn on the slide
  • Swimwear with zippers, buckles, rivets or metal ornamentation is not permitted
  • Slide may be closed due to high winds
  • Excessive use of slide may cause wear and tear of fabrics or skin irritation
  • Slide hours 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (seasonal times may apply)

Children’s Zero Depth Entry Pool

  • No reaching, interplay or grabbing with Lazy River riders
  • No diving or jumping into Lazy River Ride
  • No climbing, standing, balancing, or jumping on any device within this pool area
  • No floats, tubes or floating devices in zero entry pool
  • Hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (seasonal times may apply)
