Check-in and Check-out Top

Check-in time is any time after 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m. We do not offer a late check-out. Late fees will apply after 10:00 a.m.

Security DepositTop

The full price of your stay plus a $200 deposit will be secured on a valid credit card upon check in. Also, room charges and other incidental charges will be authorized on your credit card on a daily basis. Guests using a debit card for authorizing room charges agree to the terms and conditions of their card authorizing bank. The Resort is not responsible for any overdraft charges, should a room authorization or other charge cause an overdraft to my bank account. The Resort reserves the right to change the security deposit amount at any time without notice. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Travelers Checks and cash are accepted as final payment at the time of check-out.

Rental Reservation Cancellation Policy Top

Cancellations made 72 hours (or more) prior to arrival date will be refunded the full advance deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of an arrival date will forfeit the entire advance deposit of one night's room and tax. (Applicable to Club Time, not applicable to Owner Unit Week reservations.)

Handicap Services Top

Specially appointed rooms are available for guests with disabilities. TDD services are available for hearing impaired guests. For additional information, please contact our Reservations Department at 1-888-933-3030. A beach wheelchair and pool Portable Aquatic Lift are available for guests who utilize a wheelchair. Please see the Front Desk to arrange for use of these items.

Parking Top

Free on-site parking, car permits are provided at check-in and must be visible on the dashboard. There are no reserved parking spaces. Free parking is available for guests that are cruising.

Lost and Found Top

The Resort is not responsible for items lost on the property. Any item found is held by the housekeeping department for two weeks. Items returned after a guest's departure will be shipped at the guest's expense. Inquiries regarding misplaced items can be made at the linen exchange counter Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Property Bands Top

Wrist bands are issued to all guests at check-in. Please wear them for the duration of your stay so that we may identify you as a Resort guest.

Housekeeping and Laundry Services Top

We provide mid-week tidy service for stays seven days or longer. The schedule is based upon your date of arrival. For guests staying less than seven days, daily maid service is not included during the stay; but is provided for an additional fee.

The Resort provides an initial complimentary sample of supplies. These include liquid dish detergent, dishwasher detergents, paper towels, coffee filters, toilet paper, tissue, laundry detergent, fabric softener and hand soaps. These supplies may not be all that you require during your stay. The Resort does not replenish the items however; most supplies are available for sale in the on-site sundry shop.

Many villas include a washer and dryer and coin-operated laundry is available on site. Towels may also be exchanged once per day at our linen exchange counter.

Quiet Hours Top

Quiet hours are observed between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. All common areas are closed to the public during these times. Children must be accompanied by an adult when not in their unit. Please be courteous to other guests and limit noise.

Non-Smoking Policy Top

All of our villas are non-smoking. Outdoor balconies or designated smoking locations must be used. Please close sliding glass doors. Should smoking odors be detected within your villa, you will be charged a $300 non-refundable clean fee.

Additional Information Top

  • Complimentary wireless internet is provided in all villas and common areas.
  • Cribs and highchairs may be requested at the Front Desk.
  • Luggage Carts are available for self-service luggage transportation.
  • Sorry, no pets allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • The Resort is a self-service Resort. Services such as bellman service and certain in-room supplies are not provided.
