Guest Services Counselors are at the Resort every day. They want to make sure
that you have everything you need to fully enjoy the time you spend with us.
Do you have a special
request? Just call a Guest Services Counselor at (866) 836-6616
to let us know what you would like to do. We can arrange
your transportation from the airport to the Resort, help you plan a special
wedding or anniversary celebration, or book a tee time at the golf course.
Once you arrive, our Guest Services Counselors can help you plan activities
both at the Resort and at nearby locations. Many of our local merchants offer
preferred pricing to Club Caribe members.
Be sure to check in at
the Guest Services desk every time you are here so that you can see what’s
available and purchase discounted tickets for select activities. We will help
you choose an activity or dining experience that’s just right for you and your
family.
